The estimate this year for USCIS is to get 180K+ applications for H1B visa. I guess it would be a complete luck game for now.
Are there any particular steps that can be taken to ensure a better success rate in Lottery this year. I have been reading that mainly we should ensure
-
The application reaches within first 5 working days of April
-
Application should not have any issues.
the above 2 steps are mainly handled by the attorney/company. Is there something an employee can do to increase the chances of success apart from accurately providing the information needed by the company/attorney?
Also does a higher salary increases the chances of getting a h1b?
