Hi All, My name was selected in 2nd lottery of H1B 2020-2021. But after submitting petition to USCIS through my employer. They rejected saying “start date not valid”. Now there is a lawsuit filed against USCIS. But issue is not only with our employer it aslos same with others.
Any though on this?
