I went for H1B stamping in India and received 221g. After 4 months, my 221g status changed from “Administrative Processing” to “Refused” but H1B is still valid till June’2020. I am with consultancy and my US client allowed me work from India so i am still working. I have 2 year old son with me in India and my husband is on H1B in US. I don’t want my son to stay away from him. So, i am going for H4.
Question -1 : Do I have to quit my current job to file H4 Or Can i file H4 while continue working on H1b until i got H4 stamping?
Question - 2 : On H4 DS-160, it is asking for employment end date. What should i mention as i will be continue working as i can’t enter future employment end date?
Please help.!
