H1B 221g Client verification failed

I started working for Company A on EVC model from Sep 1st. Before I join to Company A, my H1B transfer petition was filed in Month of Aug and got approved. I came to india for H1B stamping on Oct 29th at chennai consulate, I was issued 221g blue slip and my passport was returned to me. After 10 days from day of interview I was informed by client manager such that client letter I provided to VO officer in consulate is not given by client manager. When I checked same with my employer over phone they agreed it was created by them. But I do not have email proof. I trusted my employer and not aware of this letter at all. What ever documentation they sent to me in courier I took that along with me. For saving himself my employer revoked H1B petition.

  1. Am I going to be banned to USA because of this issue?

  2. My old employer (B) H1B petition is still not revoked and valid up to Aug 13 2020. Can I go for stamping on thier petition? Do I need to withdraw my current visa application before scheduling another appointment.

  2. You may, but you need to first check with your employer B and make sure you have all the documents and it is all authentic.
