I am working for top MNC in India , I got an offer from US company .They applied H1b for me and it got approved . I went for visa interview and i got 221g bcoz of EVC model . Now my current employer wants to file H1b/L1 next april for me . Should i withraw my 221g before going for stamping next year .What should i answer if they ask me about past 221g . Will that be a problem ?? As i had Vendor and VO was not convinced with EE relation ship they gave me 221g .
