I got selected in lottery.
1)When can my company file the petition due to covid-19 issue ?
2)How can I know whether my company actually filling petition or not?
Is there any way to see from my side ?
- in 60 days after selection. Most companies have already filed starting from April 1
- You’ll get a receipt notice in a week of filing. That receipt can be used to track H1b status later.

1.we have 90days time to file h1b petitions by employers from April 1 to June 30. This is as per USCIS
2. After filling h1 petition by your employer, you can ask for receipts notice of h1 and track it online by using it.
