My employer applied H1 for FY 2016
lottery picked
04/29/2015 - Got H1 Approval
06/17/2015 - Got Intent to revoke notice
07/07/2015 - USCIS received the documents
What would be my chances
Can I transfer my H1 to another employer ( I seen one of the case where my friend got intent to revoke notice after she worked on h1 for 3 years the she transferred h1 to another employer, the magic worked.)
Is the same applies for me?
