H1B 2015 Approval date

Hi,

My H1B is filed in out of cap in July 2015. Does anyone know how long USCIS takes to process H1 OOC . The processing time for H1B says they are processing April 2015 applications.

So should I assume it will be November 2015 sometime?

Please advise.
