My employer says that the attorney as of now hasn’t received any mail regarding the h1b visa premium processing request filed. Does this mean it is not picked in the lottery? Atleast by when should he get the receipt number if picked in the lottery?
You can wait till May first week or two. You can confirm your lottery rejection only when you receive your packet back from USCIS, until then hope that you are selected.
Many PP are not getting e-mail but only USPS mail which will take more than a week to be delivered. So wait patiently.
