My employer in India follows the practise of never revealing the status of H1B filing until next season. Is there a way for me to refer uscis web site without my case number to check status?

There is no other way, only your employer/attorney would give you the details. Don’t worry if you are selected & petetion approved, obviously they have to provide you the details for stamping. Till then assume you are without H1, cool
