My attorney said my application could be filed on time this year. And he asked for $1575 USCIS fee. When I asked him what name title should be put. He said it’s fine just put his attorney firm name on the check. My question is that the fee is for USCIS, why the attorney ask to put his law firm name? Is that ok?
Are you filing in premium processing? The attorney might take that money and make cashier’s check in USCIS’ name. The pp fee is 1225 rest should be his fee i guess.
