My profile is selected in h1 b lottery. Now I have selected to other company and I have given resign in current company, what should I do to retain my h1. Is my current company is able to revoce my petition. What is probably chances.
Yes the current company has every right to withdraw the petition as you have resigned. If its withdrawn, you will have to reapply as cap subject petition next year and undergo the lottery process again if it exists. May be you can request the company not to withdraw the petition and once approved you can initiate a transfer(After October 1) to the new company.
