I am currently on h4 visa in US.i an filling my h4 throu a consulting company for 2014 cap.mean without wasting my time fornext couple of months, i am planning to start my ms part time/online/correspondence without cos to F1.can this be done n wll it impact my h1 process
You can be enrolled in a school on H-4 and have your H-1 filed. One should not impact the other.
