I have applied for h1b visa through a consulting company for year 2012-13.It got approved.when I applied for the petition,I was in company A till May.after that i have switched to a company B. As i don’t have the latest payslip of comapny B, at that time I have given company A’s payslip. Will there be nay issue when i go for stamping?Please advise.
You should carry the relieving letter of company A, offer letter of B, all pay slips from June 2012 till date. Its not unthinkable that a person may change employer in India, after filing a petition. You’ll just need to explain the circumstances for doing so, if indeed the VISA officer asks you this question.
