I worked in US for 2 years on h1B with company A(big MNC) and now I am back in India.My h1b got expired but I do have h1B extention for next 3 years from A.I got my h1B transferred while I was in India with a desi consultant.Unfortunately the stamping with this consultant got rejected.I did not resign from A yet.So can I go for stamping again if my current employer sends me or there is some option to transfer it with a new different employer some day or since the stamping is rejected once with h1 from desi consultant my h1 is of no use .
