H1 Transfer within 60 days of landing US

i am in US , came on H1B a month back, i got Job offer 1st week of 2nd month. My current employer is not supporting …i have another company who are ready to transfer however is asking 1st month paystub from current employer…can i go for transfer without paystub???

Also i need to go for VISA extension after 4 month.

Can you suggest best solution?? as my current employer is not supportive.

The best way here would be to wait for the first paystub and then initiate premium processing for your transfer with company B. So, when you do the transfer with company B, they would automatically be filing for extension along with change of employer (transfer). Just check with them.
