H1 Transfer with Role change

Hi,

I have a question regarding the role change. Currently working as a tester and new employer is offering a position with title - Business Analyst. The roles and responsibilities remain same as a tester.

There should be change in LCA code during H1 Transfer since its a job title change?
Will there be any chance of issues during h1 extension/transfer due to this?

Yes, the job code may change based on the title and role.

As far as your degree & past experience are inline with the job you perform, it there should be no issue. There can be RFE though for many other reasons not directly related to job title change.
