I entered US through my H1 in Oct 2011, H1 is valid till OCT 2014, My wife came in with me on H4. I got my H1 trasferred last week and similarly filed for H4 trasfer for my wife. She is travelling to India and will be joining me in a months time. Please let me know if there is anything she needs to take care of while coming back as the stamp on her Passport is valid till Oct 2014 but thru my old employer and I would have gotten some document with her transfer approval . Please let me know as someone told me that she might have to go for re-stamping in India as that would be really tough… please suggest
