This is Raja and I had my stamped H1B with my previous employer and my petition got expired in June 2007. I never used and traveled using that. I came to know that we can use that unused petition for transfer with in 6 years.
I again applied under this current year cap and awaiting for results.
If my application was not picked in the lottery process, i would like to use the petition transfer. Can you please let me know the possibility of the same.
