H1 transfer(candidate in India) before Oct 1 and with different job responsibilities

Hi Saurabh,

I am in India and my first H-1 petition is approved now from Company A

  1. Please let me know if I can go for H1 transfer(Company B) before OCtober 1st or I need to wait till October
  2. What are the complications involved in the transfer
  3. Job responsibilities in company B vary to a considerable extent (simlar job with a completely different domain). Will there be chances of rejection based on this ?
  4. Can I still go with earlier approval from Company A, incase transfer gets denied.
