Actually I was in US from last 2 years and worked in IBM on h1B . They had applied for the extension.I came back to India in Nov 2013 and my visa expired in Dec 2013 but in Jan 2014 I got my h1 B extension approval .
Now I am trying to get my visa transferred to another company and get it stamped while I am in India.
My question is : What if my stamping gets rejected .
My full h1 is wasted or I can transfer it to a different company and get it stamped again
or I continue working with IBM and get it stamped though them someday.
