I tried to search in net but could not find much info on it … I guess very few ppl have this issue. Also i traveled to India and Came back in feb 2013 and got my Visa stamped for next 3yrs. I am currently in USA. Did not travel when any application is under process.
Maybe a technical error. Ask your attorney to contact USCIS.
