My H1 is with employer A and I am in project. But my project has ended and my employer is asking me to convert from H1 to H4 as I would not be any project.
Last month I got offer from employer B and they filed my H1 transfer but it got RFE and now employer B is working in RFE response.
Could you please help me identifying next step. Should I need to convert from H1 to H4 or do I need to wait for RFE result.
