I was in h1b visa till Jan 2020 and after completing 6 years on it returned to India. Currently, i am working in India. Now i wish to go to US again on H4 visa based on my spouse’s H1b (Already in USA & working ). Can you please let me know what additional documents would i need other than the usual H4 supporting documents ?
Also do i need to show a proof of quitting or taking a sabbatical from my Job in India ?
No need to show any proof…You can just mention that I am taking a break from current employer. Or even say that I shall quit the job AFTER getting H4 visa. That too only if you are specifically asked. No need to volunteer any information unless asked
