Applied COS for F1 on Jun 18, 2014. I have enrolled for MS, CS for Fall 2014 full time
I’m on H1B and I’m yet to hear back from the USCIS. I contacted USCIS today and they said I should hear back from them with in 2 weeks.
what happens if I get an internship for Summer 2015. Will I be able to take that up ?

You have almost 8 months to go, you will hear back by the and will be fine…If you are in such a situation, your international student advisor or DSO will give yo the best suggestion. As long as you are maintaing your status, you should be fine…
Kumar thanks for your reply. Yeah I spoke to ISSO, they told me the same! I need to maintain my status and should be enrolled for 9 credits. Apparently USCIS has huge backlog this year.

My F1 got approved today and I’m still at work. I have resigned today and it takes a week to get relieved here. My question: will this be a problem ? My Change of status got approved and I’m still working. I would have worked 4-5 days.
