So heres the history …
I was working on L1 that didnt get renewed and I had to go back to India in oct 2010 … fortunately my wife got H1 sponsor and we came back to usa in Jan 2011 (I came on H4) … an Indian consultant applied for my H1 that got approved in Nov 2011… I kept working for them and then a fortune 50 company offered me h1 transfer/extension and I moved to that company in July 2013 ( on receipt) … transfer/extension got approved in Nov 2013 cuz of delay in vermont center … Now comes the question . I am traveling to Delhi in Jan 2014 for 2 weeks and I need stamping … my current company (fortune 50) has applied for my GC as well … my H1 is valid till Sept 2014 …
What do you suggest???
