One of my friend is going to attend a visa interview next month. He did MBA in UK and due to some personal reasons he discontinued. Before doing MBA, he was a S/W engineer in India. Now, he returned India 4 yrs back and continued his same old profession as S/W engineer. He filed H1 this year and his application got selected. Now, his doubt is if he goes for interview, there would be UK student visa stamping in Passport but he didn’t complete his course. So, he is worrying about the stamping.
He has 16 years of education(10+2+ 4 yrs Graduation) and genuine work experience. Will this be an issue?
