My H1-B visa was expired 20 AUG 2016. My last visit travel to US was April 04 2016.
I am planning to visit India.
Based on the new Immigration update, am I eligible for Interview waiver?
It is at the discretion of the VO to waive so you will apply for an interview appointment and may get a waiver.
