I am having my visa renewed + transferred to a new employer since it got expired in 2008. I will be scheduling my appointment on Mumbai consulate soon.
My wife will need to apply for H4 freshly.
What is recommended approach?
Some say I should stamp my h1 first and then take my wife’s H4 appointment.
But others say it is good to go together.
Since my kid is 2 year old he needs neither visa interview nor fingerprint.
But since they are two appointments to be taken we are concerned what should we do?
If my stamping has any issues (221g) then we would have to do everything again for her also, correct?
