Hi,
I was working on H1 last year and then moved to H4 in Feb 2015.
Now I have moved to H1 again and going to India in nov.
I have h4 stamped and when I go for H1 B stamping. Will they cancel my H4?
I wqnt to know if I will have both h1 and h4 stamps or only 1.
Reason I am asking this is in case I want to move back to H4 I can just go out of US and re enter showing h4.
Pls answer.
Most likely they will cancel H-4 visa stamp when approving H-1 visa stamp.
