Hi Team,

I am on H1B visa, If I get married on Jan 2021 , how to book the appointment for my wife ? Will it come under Regular or emergency slot ? What are documents needed to book the appintment for H1B spouse visa? When will regular slots will open ?

It depends on your status. If you fall under exceptions, then she can apply for it under Emergency. But, you need to be aware they are not approving many EA requests. Read below
