This is my current situation at the moment… my H1 is maxing out in March 2022 (20th March to be specific). I just switched my job to new employer (joining them next week) who has started for my GC process, applied for PWD last week. Now considering current timelines for this process, do you think I will be in a position to secure my I140 by end of this year or at least before maxing out my H1?
