Hi, I have H1b and I140 with employer A. My current petetion is expiring in October, and I can file for extension with them for H1, H4, and EAD (H4 for SPouse.). I have an offer from employer B, Can I file my H1 transfer along with spouse H4 and H4EAD extension altogether with them? Will it land any issue, if there is a RFE etc.?
I dont see any issue with this.
