H1 got rejected after getting RFE

Hi,

My company has applied for a H1(Cap, Non Premium) and selected in lottery.

After that I got RFE. Surprisingly they have asked for almost every documents what I had submited initially, it was not specific. It was same for my other colleagues as well.

Then my RFE got rejected. When I ask my company what is the reason behind RFE rejection, they say they are not supposed to disclose the same to employee.
Now my questions are:

  1. Am I still eligible for H1 next year.

  2. What might be the resason behind rejection

Any help would be appreciated.
