My employer filed H1 with new increased wages in Nov 2020. As the DOL wage level back to Oct 07, Does my employer need to pay me the increased wage or level back wage??
@Prasanthi_Pushadapu, if your h1b is approved. Your employer has to pay with the wage mentioned in your LCA.
