H1 fee return due to Petition rejection

Hi,

Does USCIS returns the all type fees for H1-B, due to rejection for petition(Any reason).

Base filing fee: $325

American Competitiveness and Workforce Improvement Act of 1998 (ACWIA) fee: $1,500

Fraud Prevention and Detection fee: $500

Public Law 111-230: $2,000

Thanks,

if your H1B petition is processed(because of quota being full), your employer will get all the documents back along with the application fees. If the petition is processed and not approved, the fee is non-refundable. The fee is for processing, not for approval. Not sure about Public Law 111-230 though.

It applies to Public Law 111-230 fees as well.
