My current employer A filed the H1 Extension in Feb in regular and got RFE in Jul. I got a job offer from employer B and they filed the H1 Transfer in Sep in Premium and got a RFE. Employer A responded to RFE (Extension) in Oct and my H Extension is denied two days ago. Employer B is yet to respond to RFE (Transfer) which is due in Dec. Will the H1 transfer files by Employer B also be denied?
Also, I had to leave US since I reached 240 days since the visa expiration and am in India now.
