H1 Extension Procedure after rejection

Hi Team,

My H1B visa was obtained on October 31, 2016, and it expires on June 15, 2019. I went to the US on January 14, 2018 and in June 2019, I submitted an application for an extension or renewal. It was denied at that time, therefore may I now seek for a renewal or extension again? If yes, could you help advise me on the procedure?

Your H1B employer will need to file a new cap-exempt H1B petition and if approved you will need to go for visa stamping.
