My employer filed for my h1 amendment with regular processing when I changed to new client in Feb 2016, Then filed for an h1 extension with premium processing (did not mention about amendment filed earlier while filing for extension) and I 140 approval in August with another client which I am currently working for as my h1 was expiring in dec 2016. My h1 extension was approved in September and is valid till September 2019. H1 amendment that was filed earlier in Febraury is approved in November for the client I am no longer working for and is valid till Dec 2016 only as we didn’t have I 140 approval in Febraury. Is my H1 valid till 2016 Dec or Sep 2019 ?
