H1 extension and Stamping

Hi, Needed to some advice on this is somebody is already aware:

1.I have a current H1B petition which is expiring on 04/08/2022.
and a new approved petition from the same company which is valid from 04/09/2022 to 04/08/2025.
2.I am travelling to India and have my dropbox appointment in March for which I will be using my new petition which is valid from 04/09/2022 to 04/08/2025.

Does the 10 day rule below apply to me? I am currently working for the same company for which I am going for my visa stamping. Wanted to confirm if I can travel back to US once I get my stamping done in India.

*You can apply for an H1B visa up to 90 days in advance beginning of employment status as noted on the form I-797, Notice of Action, however your entry to the US is restricted to 10 days prior to the start date as noted in the Form I-797 unless you are already working on an H1B visa for the same employer.

As far a you have a valid visa and continued job with approved I-797, this doesn’t apply to you.

Thanks, appreciate your response.
Just to confirm as long as I get my stamping done in India with my approved petition and get a valid visa, I should be able to re-enter United States without having that 10 day restriction thing

You need to have a stamped visa valid on the date of travel. Otherwise airline will not allow you to board the flight. When does you present stamped visa expire? If your new visa has connotation valid from 9 th april 20022 to— and your earlier stamped visa has expired, then airline will not allow you to board. But if your new stamped visa has no restriction of date and it starts validity from date of stamping , then you can travel
