H1 drop box eligibility (last visa expired more than 48 months ago)

Hi,

per the rule, only those people are eligible for drop box, whose visa expired within last 48 months.
My last visa expired more than 60 months ago and I have been renewing my I-797 and did not travel.
Now, I want to travel to India and was trying to book an appointment, and when the Interview
waiver question came up, it did not ask if my visa expired within the last 48 months, and it said I am eligible for drop box. I am confused.

Can anyone help ?

DHS updated the policy till 31st Dec 2022, you only need be issued US visa in past to qualify for dropbox so you are good.
