H1 denied in 2012,will it effect if i plan to apply H1 in 2013?

My H1 got denied in 2012 quota,planning to apply again in 2013 quota.

Will this denial information must be shared with the new Employer with whom im planning for this year(2013). Would this denial effect me in future application of h1b? please help me…

If the denial was not related to your documents, profile etc then it will not impact your new petition. Otherwise it may be a better idea to tell the new employer about the past denial and it’s reasons related to you.
