What will the visa status be if H4 extension is approved after H1 change of status is approved?

USCIS follows the last action rule. Whichever comes last is the actual status. So, if H4 comes after H1B, then it will be H4. To avoid confusion, you should withdraw the ones that you do not need to avoid confusions. Work with your attorney.
