H1 B visa transfer and extension

Hi,

My H1-B extension is due on october 2012. My current employer will submit the non premium extenson request to USCIS in next 1-2 week. I also got a job offer from other company. Please let me know if there is any issue getting visa transferred to another company in premium while current employer is in process of filling the extension?

Doing both the activities at the same time is not advisable. Either wait for the extension to be approved and then change to new employer or change to new employer since he is doing in preminum you can complete all the activites before october.
