My wife got her H1-B visa approval in 2017 lottery, approval was received on Jan of 2018.
Due to certain situations the visa was not stamped.
Visa validity expired in Aug 2020.
Can this visa be transferred ?
We have the copy of I-797.
H1B sponsoring employer can file a new cap-exempt petition and once approved you can go for stamping.
