H1 b transfer to Emp B and Emp C together

Hi All,

I was working in US for employer A on H1 B while I got an offer from employer B. They applied for my visa transfer but unfortunately I had to return back to India before it got completed. The transfer is in RFE now. I have got an offer from employer C now. They want to do my visa transfer. My question is:

  1. Can I have another application for visa transfer while one is already in progress?

  2. If yes, can the RFE in current transfer create the problems in new transfer?

Please let me know. It is very urgent.
