Summary: I got H1-B stamped 10 months ago and it is valid till 2020, but my company (XYZ) is failed to provide an onsite opportunity. So finally I got an USA based company (ABC) opportunity and they are willing to transfer my H1-B.
Question: Do i need to go for re-stamping with new employer (visa expire date is 2020)., I think don’t required right. Please confirm the same. I believe the newly approved petition is enough.
