H1-B Stamping Travel Ban - Dropbox 221g options?

Hi,

I have a dropbox appoinment in Dec 23 , New Delhi for Visa Stamping (H1-B). Current Visa on my passport is of my old employer which expiered in Aug 2020.

As per my laywers I dont qualify under travel ban and visa stamping should be easy ( only catch is that they might call me for a interview, because of job change)

Does anyone have any recommendation for traveling for visa stamping , it is okay to go, or any more details what can be done for my case

Well, this totally depends on your case. Many have got H1B stamped using dropbox…but, few have got the 221g as well asking for interview. so, we cannot say.
You need to assess your chances and take calculated decision…
