H1 B Stamped ..what Next ..when can we travel ...??

I got H1 B stamped 15 oct 2013 .But have a 3 month notice period . That means I will be able to go to my New Job in USA only in January 2014 . Is there a issue with that

DO we have some time frame in which you have to travel .

ANy issues on point of entry at USA .

thanks , what if they ask at point of entry that how did you client managed for 4 months without you …the petition says work start from 1 october 2013 …then …please advise …

You yourself should be able to answer that, 3 months should not be a deal breaker…
