How to identify the h1-B scam shops? My observation is
1)These shops don’t have proper “About Us” information on their website.
2)Lacks information on who runs the company and people’s profiles.
3)Lacks profiles on LinkedIn.
Many such scam companies have filed scores of applications in lottery system. and now started giving calls to candidates who have filed applications through them. Now obvious next step is to ask “deposit” as a charge for filing petition from candidates.
Any more thoughts on how to identify h1-B scam shops?

Genuine H1B employers will never ask for H1B fees to be recovered from the beneficiary. Immigration and Nationality Act clearly states that only employer can pay H1B filing fees. So if an employer is asking the beneficiary to pay, that is the first place is a BIG red flag.
